Amanda PErdue Owen

Amanda graduated with a Masters of Science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She has served the Texoma community for the past 12 years with pediatrics experiences in variety of settings, including: outpatient rehabilitation, public school systems as well as the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). Amanda has completed advance training in the diagnosis and treatment of sensory processing disorders, autism, neuro-developmental and congenital disorders. Amanda completed her post professional doctorate program in 2021.

Ranee Endres
M.S. CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist Gainesville
Ranee received her Master of Science degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2016. She has worked in a variety of settings including acute care, inpatient rehab, and outpatient settings and she has experience with patients throughout the lifespan. Ranee is passionate about working with children and utilizing play to help improve their communication and feeding skills. She has additional training in feeding therapy and is AMPCARE certified. Though she loves treating all children with a variety of diagnoses, she has a special interest in medically complex children and the use of AAC devices to improve functional communication.
Katelyn Ricketts

Katelyn received her Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Texas at Dallas. She has experience in a variety of settings including adult acute care, pediatric outpatient care, and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). She has a special interest in pediatric feeding disorders and lactation support and is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).
Katelyn earned the ASHA ACE Award in 2021 for completing greater than 70 hours of Professional Development courses in a 36-month period. She has completed TOTS: Tethered Oral Tissues Specialty Training as well as specialized pediatric feeding courses. Katelyn is also certified to lead More Than Words- The Hanen Program® for parents of young children with autism or other social communication difficulties. She believes in taking a holistic view of a child, including screening of breathing, sleep, and nutrition in order to address underlying issues which may contribute to the root cause of dysfunction. She also values including families into treatment plans as well as collaborating with other professionals in order to best serve your child.
Ashlyn Culbreath

Hi, I’m Ashlyn! I graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology. In June of 2023 I joined PlayWorks Therapy Group as a Speech-Language Pathologist and have enjoyed all of the new relationships that have been formed with my clients and their families. I’m excited to be working in a field where I get to help/witness children achieve their goals! It is so rewarding to see the happiness they express when they succeed! The little things they achieve will lead to big things in life.

Dallas Stringfellow
OTR, Occupational Therapist - Gainesville
Dallas received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Southern Nazarene University and her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from Belmont University. She has experience with patients of all ages and has previously worked in a variety of settings including acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, long term care, and as a Director of Rehabilitation. She is certified with NBCOT and a member of the AOTA. Dallas loves to be creative and learn all the details about what each child loves and use that towards their goals. She also has special interests in orthopedics, early childhood development, and behavior modification for improving academics and lifestyle.
Halli Culbreath

Occupational Therapy Assistant - Sherman
Halli graduated from Murray State College with a degree in Applied Science and has served Texoma at our Sherman location since 2021 as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L). Halli has practiced exclusively in pediatrics while treating a range of diagnoses and emphasizing a client-centered approach to each session as the child gains new life skills through powerful play. Halli values collaboration with families and other disciplines to achieve the full potential of therapeutic outcomes.

Hi, my name is Josey! I graduated from Murray State College with an Associates of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy in 2019, and have been a part of the PerdueWorks family since 2020! I am a COTA specializing in feeding, trauma, and infant development. Outside of the clinic I spend most of my time with my fur babies or tending to my plants! I am incredibly blessed and grateful to have the opportunity to see the sweetest smiles while meeting milestones, braving challenges, and surpassing goals daily!

Hi my name is Paige! I received my Associate of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy Assistant from Murray State College and my Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performances from Northeastern State University. I joined PerdueWorks in March of 2024 as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L). I am passionate about serving the pediatric population and becoming a small part of their journey to success. I find fulfillment in creating meaningful relationships with each individual child and their families, while assisting them to reach their fullest potential!
